Do I need prior sales experience?
No. Experience helps, but what really matters is that you're trustworthy, service-minded, and comfortable reaching out to people. We give you the tools and materials to present Shuk Otef Israel simply and convincingly.
Is there a base salary?
Compensation is commission-based only. It's a model that gives whoever brings in deals enormous earning potential with almost no ceiling — but there's no fixed salary, and your income tracks your activity.
Is there a minimum commitment of hours or work?
None at all. There's no time clock and no obligation. You decide how much time to invest, when, and how — a few hours a week or a full-time focus. It's entirely up to you.
Who actually closes the deals?
Your job is to open the door and introduce us to the client. Once the conversation turns serious, the Shuk Otef Israel team takes over the quotes, the baskets and stands, the logistics, and the service. You stay a partner throughout — and you earn a commission on every deal that comes together through your connection.
How are ambassadors paid?
You're paid after the deal goes through and the client has actually paid, on the terms we'll walk through in your onboarding call. We want you to have a clear, transparent picture of payment timing and how compensation works.
Can I start small and see how it goes?
Of course. Many ambassadors start with one or two calls to companies they already know, see that it works, and grow from there. This is never all-or-nothing.
What if I make the introduction but the deal doesn't close?
Sometimes a deal takes time to mature, and sometimes it's simply not the right moment for the client — and that's okay. Your role is to open the door and bring Shuk Otef Israel to the table. We'll always work to make the most of the opportunity, and if and when the deal closes, your attribution stands under the program's terms.
I already work full-time — is this still relevant?
Absolutely. Many of our ambassadors do this on the side — a phone call here, a WhatsApp message there. It doesn't take full days, just smart use of your connections and opportunities.
